The overall time for immigration-related matters can vary significantly based on several factors. Although we strive to provide a quick turnaround, one of the factors will depend on how soon you provide us with the information and documents we need once you've decided to move forward in working with us along with the payment or fees. Once your petition/application is filed, USCIS processing timeframe will depend on the type of case filed and where it is filed. Remember, we can only provide you with approximate timeframes, and individual cases may deviate. Factors affecting processing times at USCIS include workload, case complexity, and any requests for additional evidence. 

For our services, we accept checks, Zelle, and Venmo. We will announce once we are able to process credit card payments. For USCIS filing fees, preferably a check or money order. Credit card payments for USCIS filing fees are possible only if your case is filed online.
